Job Description
FOOD & BEVERAGE OPERATIONS MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of all existing outlets, ensuring efficiency and adherence to procedures.
- Develop and manage staff shift schedule for optimal coverage.
- Manage team, including hiring, training, supervising, and inspiring employees.
- Handle inventory and supply management, collaborate for franchise network growth.
Requirements:
- Experience in F&B industry and modern Filipino cuisine.
- Prior startup environment experience, exceptional leadership, organizational skills.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and inventory management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
