As a Food Server, you will greet and assist customers, prepare and serve donuts and coffee, and ensure a positive dining experience. Responsibilities include cash handling, maintaining cleanliness, adhering to food safety protocols, and showcasing product knowledge. You will also up-sell additional products, work collaboratively with your team, and handle customer concerns professionally. Opening and closing duties will be part of your role.
Requirements:
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends. Strong customer service skills, hygiene practices, and teamwork abilities are essential. Good communication skills are a must.
