Job Description
The job scope will include:
- Meet and greet patients when they arrive and ensure their needs are met.
- Find out and understand the needs of patients and recommend suitable treatment plans and products for them without sounding pushy.
- Handle simple reconciliation and bookkeeping in case the nurse manager is not around.
- Do stock take at the end of every week.
- Manage billing, invoicing, and checking out of patients.
- Perform basic housekeeping.
- Answer phone enquiries and manage booking of appointments.
- Manage registration of patients.
- Ensure all applicable forms are signed.
- Confirm all appointments.
- When required, assist the doctor in administering treatments to patients.
- When required, prepare the patients for treatment and/or review when they arrive.
