Job Description
What we are looking for: Self-starter, independent, enjoys teamwork, possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and passionate about interacting with people.
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer service, greet and engage clients in a friendly manner.
- Answer treatment-related queries via walk-in, phone calls, etc.
- Handle client requests professionally and efficiently.
- Contact prospective clients and build relationships.
- Maintain a clean and presentable front desk.
- Perform other relevant job duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE “N”/”O” Level or equivalent with bilingual proficiency in Mandarin.
- No experience required; training provided for service standards.
- Comfortable in fast-paced customer-facing roles, adaptable, enthusiastic, and excellent time management skills.
Working Location: East
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $1,800.00 – $2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Work Location: In person
