Job Description
Fun Job Alert! Are you athletic? Great with kids? Ready to try a new and exciting sport? Lil Ninja Academy is looking for a full-time coach to lead fun yet structured kids classes.
We specifically request candidates with a background in ninja warrior, OCR, rock climbing, parkour, and/or gymnastics coaching. The job entails being a full-time lead coach and team lead for part-time coaches.
Responsibilities include coaching kids classes, weekend classes, birthday parties, and events. The job also includes gym maintenance, organization, scheduling, and lesson plan creation. Coaches will be trained to teach our program and must follow a pre-set curriculum. Weekend availability is required.
Opportunities for growth and additional responsibilities, as well as management training, are available for the right candidate.
Qualifications include a background in ninja warrior, obstacle courses, rock climbing, gymnastics, and/or parkour, as well as a minimum of one year of coaching experience with kids.
Punctuality, reliability, dependability, and being a team player with a great attitude are a must for Lil Ninja Academy.
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
