– Food preparation including cutting ingredients
– Grilling Unagi(eel) by charcoal
– Handling tempura, noodles, side dishes, and appetizers
– Ensure food hygiene and kitchen safety
– Multi-task including supporting service side time to time including Cashiering, Assist with Delivery and Takeaway orders, Serving and Cleaning while performing kitchen duties
