Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all staff overseeing the sports and social facilities are operating in accordance with the Club’s bye-laws.
- Check the various facilities to ensure that members do not breach the bye-laws.
- Conduct periodic checks on the sports and social facilities to ensure that members and guests have booked and paid up accordingly.
- Ensure the housekeeping staff and supervisors are present till closing time. Contain and manage any incidents at the bungalow area.
- Ensure smooth operations of all F&B outlets in accordance with the operation hours.
- Attend to any feedback/complaint during the night and submit a detailed incident report to the management for info or follow-up after the shift.
