Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Full Time Sales Advisor. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the overall success of our business by effectively promoting and selling our products or services.
As a Sales Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with customers and providing exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our products or services to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Maintaining an organized and attractive sales floor.
- Handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing customer transactions.
Success in this role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to work effectively within a team. Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
