Job Description
We are seeking a General Manager to oversee planning, coordination, and management of staff and services for events and conferences. Key responsibilities include maintaining customer service standards, implementing operating procedures, liaising with internal and external parties, managing budgets, reviewing team performance, and enhancing guest experiences. You will also be responsible for human resources duties, fostering teamwork, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Ideal candidates will possess strong service and operational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines. Night and weekend work will be required as needed.
