Job Description
We are seeking a motivated General Office Clerk to join our team at Excellent Security & Safety Pte. Ltd. Responsibilities include managing daily office operations, handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and facilitating communication between staff and customers. The ideal candidate will greet visitors, resolve inquiries, and maintain organized records of company data and meetings.
Important Qualities: Effective communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks, attention to detail, and proficiency in managing events and calendars.
Job Requirements: Minimum of a Post-Secondary Diploma and 3 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
