Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Account Manager to join our team. As a Global Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our key clients on a global scale.
Your main duties will include providing excellent customer service, negotiating contracts, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services. You will work closely with various internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and to meet business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in a global capacity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts
- Ability to travel internationally, as required
