Join the User Experience department at Jewel Changi Airport, where you will play a vital role in managing our attractions, guest experience, and operations. As a core member of the Guest Experience team, your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, leading guest engagement initiatives, and driving experiential projects.

We are looking for individuals with experience in the attractions or hospitality sectors, strong analytical and multitasking abilities, and exceptional leadership skills. You should possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable working rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays. A degree is beneficial, but relevant working experience and a positive attitude are paramount.
