Job Description
Join the User Experience department at Jewel Changi Airport, where we enhance guest engagement and operational excellence. As a vital member of our Guest Experience (GX) team, you’ll drive multi-dimensional lifestyle experiences for visitors.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, leading guest engagement initiatives, and managing stakeholder feedback. We’re seeking individuals with experience in the attraction or hospitality sectors who possess strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
Applicants should be adaptable to rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays. A degree is advantageous, but relevant experience and a positive, self-motivated attitude are essential.
