Job Description
Position: Guest Relations Officer – Hotel
Company: LINKEDCORP HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD.
Location: 52 Chin Swee Rd, Singapore 169875
Working Hours: 5 days, 8 hrs (including break time)
Shift hours: 7am – 3pm; 3pm – 11pm; 11pm – 7am, or 12hrs depending on schedule
Salary: $2100 – $2300 + OT payable
Responsibilities:
- Perform guests check-in or check-out according to hotel procedures and service standards.
- Handle guests’ inquiries or complaints promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Perform cashiering and updating of guest records.
- Handle all incoming calls for guests or internal departments.
- Perform other related tasks.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work on 3 rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Knowledge of Opera or other Property Management System would be an added advantage.
