Job Description
Red Dot Penguins is looking for a friendly and proactive Guest Relations Officer to join our team on a long-term basis. If you have a strong interest in customer service, good communication skills, and can commit to working weekends, we want you!
Requirements:
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Pleasant and approachable personality
- Reliable and committed individual
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
Working Locations and Hours:
Toa Payoh West (nearest MRT: Caldecott) – Sun: 8.30am – 12.30pm
YMCA @ OneOrchard (nearest MRT: Dhoby Ghaut) – Fri: 3.30pm to 6.45pm
Training Venue: SAAC @ 1 Elliot Road, S 458686 (Saturdays for 1 month)
Salary: $15 per hour (during training, $10 per hour)
