Join United Engineers Limited as a Guest Relations Officer! In this role, you will efficiently check-in and check-out guests, adhering to the hotel’s procedures. You will engage with guests and address their inquiries while performing essential cashier-related functions. Additionally, you will maintain the filing system and prepare daily reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels or equivalent qualifications
- Well-groomed, service-oriented, and a team player
- Proficiency in OPERA system is a plus
- Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
