Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
- Manage ticket sales and inquiries at onsite counters and kiosks.
- Perform cashiering duties efficiently and accurately.
- Guide and train casual ticketing staff.
- Resolve incidents or escalate to the Supervisor as necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum one year of relevant experience in a retail/ticketing environment.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
- Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
