Job Description
Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner
- Provide excellent customer service for customers and climbers
- Manage over-the-counter operations such as POS and CRM modules
- Drive sales through engagement of customers, cross selling, and sharing product knowledge
- Respond to customers’ questions about products and details
- Document sales by creating or updating customer profile records
- Process payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards
- High awareness of potential security & safety issues
