Job Description
We are currently looking for a Full-time and part-time receptionist to join our team at U PINS PTE. LTD. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our organization and play a crucial role in creating a positive and professional first impression for visitors, clients, and employees.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests and clients with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and manage the salon’s calendar effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Manage and maintain the reception area in a neat and organized manner.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and data entry.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
