Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
– Determine customer coffee preferences and explain the menu
– Maintain high quality coffee standards and follow drink recipes
– Ensure prompt service and replenish coffee bean supply
– Attend service meetings to enhance service levels
– Ensure staff adhere to SOP and assist during peak periods
Key Requirements:
– Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
– Excellent customer service and communication skills
– Organizational skills and ability to analyze profitability
– Basic food hygiene certification preferred
– Knowledge of coffee, tea, and bakery products
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,500.00 – $5,00.00 per month
