Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the Compliance team in Singapore and enhance the reputation of the Compliance function.
- Main interface with MAS, ensuring high-quality compliance services, including advisory, training, monitoring, and financial crime.
Job Requirements:
- Over 10 years of experience in legal or compliance within a financial services organization, with 5+ years in people management.
- Effective communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with senior staff across the region.
