Job Description
Join SOURCEO PTE. LTD. as the Head of Department, where you will develop, execute, and measure a comprehensive NPS strategy to enhance customer satisfaction. You will lead the analysis of NPS data to extract actionable insights, collaborate with various departments for improvements, and manage a high-performing team of NPS specialists while staying updated with industry best practices.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields, 8+ years of experience in customer experience management, a proven track record in NPS programs, and proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools. A Master’s degree is preferred.
