Job Description
BEST MED (PRIVATE) LTD. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Health Services Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for directing, coordinating, and administering both medical and non-medical resources, facilities, and services. Key responsibilities include liaising with clerical, medical, and professional staff, developing services, implementing changes, recruiting new staff, and attending meetings.
You will also be responsible for managing budgets, dealing with complaints, ensuring services meet national standards, and monitoring performance to maintain high-quality care. Additionally, you will oversee facility finances, ensure compliance with legal regulations, design work schedules, and effectively communicate with medical staff.
