Job Description
Join TOPPAN ECQUARIA PTE. LTD. as a Helpdesk Executive, where you will assist users with system applications and resolve Level 1 technical issues via phone. Ensure timely escalation of Level 2 or Level 3 issues to our engineering team, upholding our Service Level Agreements.
Responsibilities:
- Assist users in navigating system applications.
- Resolve Level 1 technical issues and escalate as necessary.
- Submit daily issue and resolution reports.
Prerequisites:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or IT.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT ticketing.
- Technical knowledge in Java or C# is a plus.
