Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Helpdesk Support Officer to join our team. As a Helpdesk Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and internal teams. You will troubleshoot technical issues, escalate unresolved problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.
