Job Description
Position: HR Admin Assistant
Company: Linkedcorp HR Consultancy Pte Ltd
Work Schedule: 5 days, Mon-Fri, 8am-5:30pm
Work Location: In person
Salary: $1,800 – $2,500 per month
Job Description
- Handle work pass application, renewal, and termination
- Register for training course and follow up with training evaluations
- Update staff leave record and record filing
- Request quotation, follow up purchase order
- Order office equipment, stationeries, and pantry items
- Building maintenance
- Update or renewal of HP plan, road tax etc.
- Administrative tasks like updating car rental record, Esso Fleet Card expense
- Record Monthly Electrical usage and PUB yearly inspection
- Ad hoc duties assigned by Supervisor
Qualifications / Skills
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, ITE Nitec/ Higher Nitec, GCE “N” or “O” Level
- Training will be provided
