Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated HR & Admin Executive to join our team. As the HR & Admin Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various HR and administrative functions within the organization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing recruitment and selection processes, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
  • Administering employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Handling employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientation sessions and exit interviews
  • Maintaining accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance records
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinating training and development programs for employees
  • Managing office supplies and equipment, as well as handling general administrative tasks
