Job Description
- Responsible for recruitment process from job posting, candidates sourcing and screening, coordination of interviews, and administrative components involved.
- Processing of work passes application, renewal and cancellation.
- Register and update OFWAS.
- Manage onboarding and off-boarding administration.
- Handling of WICA claims and liaising with insurer.
- Administer and renewal of staffs and general insurances.
- Process and maintain purchase order to suppliers.
- Attend to visitors, in-coming telephone, incoming mails & faxes.
- Ensure all documents are kept/filled in proper for quick retrieval.
- Monitor all office & depot equipment are serviced/maintained/tested as per schedule.
- Any other ad hoc duties.
