Job Description

Peak Ocean is seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join our team. As part of the role, you will administer the Career Conversion Programme, manage stakeholder relationships, and oversee project operations. Your responsibilities will include preparing new hire reports, liaising with Workforce Singapore, tracking placement programme outcomes, and maintaining CCP records. You will also manage Employee Benefits programmes and support scholarship programmes.

We are looking for candidates with a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or equivalent, and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR generalist roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
