Join our dynamic team at SQUARE FRESCO PTE. LTD. as an HR Administrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a full spectrum of coordination and administrative duties. Key responsibilities include efficient document management such as invoicing and data entry, overseeing goods flow, and assisting with day-to-day office operations.

You will also monitor office supplies, handle accounts payable functions, and verify invoices for accuracy. Additionally, you will process payments to suppliers and manage petty cash along with monthly staff expense claims. A critical part of your role will be performing weekly and monthly payment forecasts to support cash flow management.
