Job Description

Working Location: Tanjong Pagar

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm

Job Descriptions:

• Assist with day-to-day HR & administrative operations.
• Support recruitment activities, including onboarding and work pass applications.
• Maintain HR reports, attendance records, and leave reports.
• Assist with general administration and perform other assigned duties.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Higher NITEC / Diploma in HR Management / Business or related fields.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• High integrity in handling confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multi-task and work independently.
