Job Description
- Provide HR support and administration, including recruitment, staffing, performance management, compensation, & benefits.
- Must have basic knowledge of MOM rules & regulations.
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the information in the HRM system and physical documents such as payroll, employee records, leave and claim entries.
- Handle full spectrum of payment of the basic pay and overtime calculation to processing of workers’ salary.
- Maintain proper worker records and administrated employee benefits programs, including annual leave, medical, insurance, etc.
- Responsible for staff travel documents preparation and checking all the documents are in order.
- Hotel and air tickets booking.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time.
