Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Maintain employee personal files and assist in recruitment.
• Process monthly payroll and manage tax clearance for foreign staff.
• Administer time attendance and payroll systems.
• Prepare employee documents for government authorities.
• Manage employee leave and HR software.
• Handle work pass applications.
• Provide HR support across departments.

Requirements:

• O Level/Nitec/Higher Nitec with 2 years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore’s Employment Act and Labour Laws.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Meticulous and sensitive to confidentiality.
• 5 days/week, in Joo Koon, full-time, permanent, $1,900 – $2,800/month.
