Job Description

TELE-CENTRE SERVICES PTE LTD is currently seeking a HR Assistant to join our team. Reporting to the Head of HR, the HR Assistant will provide administrative support to the department and assist in various HR functions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the department
  • Assist in the recruitment process from on-boarding to off-boarding
  • Apply, renew, and cancel foreign workers’ work passes
  • Preparation of employment contracts and HR-related letters
  • Training administration
  • Maintain employees’ database, leave records, and personnel files
  • Perform daily administrative duties for smooth office operations
  • Assist in ad hoc projects assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in HR or other relevant qualification
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity
  • Sound knowledge of Singapore Labour Laws, Employment Act, and MOM WP procedures
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Uphold integrity and remain highly professional

Working hours: Monday – Friday: 0815am – 1800pm
