Job Description
TELE-CENTRE SERVICES PTE LTD is currently seeking a HR Assistant to join our team. Reporting to the Head of HR, the HR Assistant will provide administrative support to the department and assist in various HR functions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the department
- Assist in the recruitment process from on-boarding to off-boarding
- Apply, renew, and cancel foreign workers’ work passes
- Preparation of employment contracts and HR-related letters
- Training administration
- Maintain employees’ database, leave records, and personnel files
- Perform daily administrative duties for smooth office operations
- Assist in ad hoc projects assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in HR or other relevant qualification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity
- Sound knowledge of Singapore Labour Laws, Employment Act, and MOM WP procedures
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Uphold integrity and remain highly professional
Working hours: Monday – Friday: 0815am – 1800pm
