Job Description
WEE SENG MARINE & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for posting recruitment advertisements, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and managing office sundry purchases. You will also handle payroll administration, assist in employment contract renewals, and coordinate medical arrangements for foreign employees.
This role requires maintaining accurate employee records, performing HR data entry, and assisting in work pass applications. Additionally, you will help organize social and recreational activities to enhance employee welfare and prepare submissions to government and statutory bodies.
