Working days: Monday – Friday
Working hours: 9.00 am to 6.00pm
Job description:
- Responsible for office’s day to day HR & administrative related work duties
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with monthly payroll activities
- Manage employee and Company insurance
- Recruitment, post job advertisements, and handle workers’ work pass applications
- Handle employee exits, legal compliance, and HR events coordination
- Manage office admin functions and provide administrative support
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Employment Act, MOM & BCA regulations
- Knowledge in Info-tech HR software is a plus
