Job Description
Our client is seeking a dedicated HR Executive with comprehensive HR experience, including payroll responsibilities. The position, based in Pioneer, Singapore, offers a competitive salary of up to SGD 4,300 per month.
Please note that there is no work visa/pass sponsorship available for this role.
Job Title: HR Executive
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement training, onboarding, and orientation programs to enhance department efficiency.
- Manage employee benefits and ensure smooth payroll administration.
- Conduct annual benefits audits and update HR procedures manual.
- Address employee queries related to pay, benefits, and policies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of HR laws, policies, and procedures.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and payroll management.
