Job Description
Working location: Telok Ayer
Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies
- Coordinate with hiring managers
- Provide training and support on performance management
- Identify training needs based on organizational goals
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Prepare HR reports and analytics
- Conduct career advisory workshops
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in any related field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
