Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Executive to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training & development.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding policies, procedures, and employee relations issues.
- Conduct performance evaluations and recommend training and development programs to enhance employee performance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
