Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our dynamic team. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations, act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
- Administer performance appraisal system
- Update and maintain employee records and HR systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
