Job Description
Our client, Transcendent Business Services Pte Ltd, is one of the renowned Day Surgery Centre in Singapore. They are currently seeking a HR Executive to join their team due to expansion. The HR Executive will report to the HR Manager and be responsible for handling the full spectrum of HR operations and administration.
- Handle full spectrum of HR operation and administration
- Involved in recruitment, performance review, employee relations, compensation and benefits.
- Conduct orientation for new employees
- Conduct general HR administration tasks, such as preparation of appointment letters and confirmation letters
- Application of work pass processing and application
- Maintain records of staff medical certificates, leaves, attendance, and overtime
- Perform general office admin duties, including ordering stationery and pantry supplies
- Handle payroll management
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in HR administration
- Diploma in HR is an added advantage
