We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of our HR department. Your main responsibilities will include recruiting and onboarding new employees, administering employee benefits, maintaining employee records, and providing support for HR policies and procedures.

You will also be responsible for handling employee relations issues, conducting performance evaluations, and assisting with employee training and development programs. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
