Job Description
- Assist in recruitment process including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and selection
- Assist in the execution of the full recruitment cycle of potential candidates
- Liaise and partner with hiring managers on the recruitment process to hire the best candidates required
- Liaise with companies and universities to recruit potential candidates for tutor role
- Employee on-boarding induction / exit activities
- Employees quarterly KPI tracking
Job Requirements
- Undergraduate in Human Resources Management
- Strong people, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on individual contributor with HR knowledge
- Independent and driven, with a high level of initiative
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Can start as soon as possible
