Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced HR Manager to join our team. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and more.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews
- Oversee employee relations, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Manage and evaluate performance appraisal systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and team management abilities
