Job Responsibilities:

• Manage Benefits – Health screening, wellness, welfare, etc.
• Manage Leave System and administration.
• Manage Insurance queries/claims and administration, etc.
• Manage Rewards such as long service award, recognition, and other awards.
• Manage HR reports and budgets.
• Support HR Personnel Filing, HR culture program.
• Other ad hoc duties.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in HR or equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, organized, and resourceful team player.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to start work immediately.
