Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated HR Recruitment Consultant/Admin to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting potential candidates for various positions.
You will also be involved in administrative tasks such as maintaining candidate databases, coordinating interviews, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Prior experience in recruitment or admin role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
