Job Description
Our client, one of the world’s largest financial services institutions, is seeking a talented HR Training Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will deliver training solutions and support day-to-day operations for various training activities.
Responsibilities:
- Implement training programs in collaboration with the HR Learning & Development team.
- Manage training schedules and respond to employee enquiries.
- Assist program managers with claims for training subsidies.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Excel.
