Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in Full Spectrum of HR
- Recruitment and selection process including screening, interviews, and pre-employment check-up
- Manage payroll process, compliance to statutory requirements, and benefits administration
- Administer HR processes such as employment contracts, work pass applications, and leave management
- Update and maintain HR databases accurately
- Organize welfare events and staff benefits administration
- Ad hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- Minimum Secondary or HRM-related education
- At least 1 year of HR experience
- Knowledge of employment legislation preferred
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proactive, independent, with good listening and speaking skills
