Job Description
The Human Resources Executive/Senior Executive at Pacific Logistics Group will collaborate closely with senior management to drive HR strategies supporting company growth and fostering a positive work environment.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
- Handle Work Pass matters
- Coordinate employee training
- Assist in Training Administration
- Resolve employee relations issues
- Ensure compliance with labor laws
- Assist in salary and benefits management
- Monitor HR metrics and trends
- Support Senior HR Manager
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven HR management experience
- Knowledge of employment laws
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in HR software (Opensoft) a plus
