The Human Resources Executive/Senior Executive at Pacific Logistics Group will collaborate closely with senior management to drive HR strategies supporting company growth and fostering a positive work environment.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
• Handle Work Pass matters
• Coordinate employee training
• Assist in Training Administration
• Resolve employee relations issues
• Ensure compliance with labor laws
• Assist in salary and benefits management
• Monitor HR metrics and trends
• Support Senior HR Manager

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven HR management experience
• Knowledge of employment laws
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in HR software (Opensoft) a plus
